Dead Space (PC)

First thoughts...

Pros

• There appears to be a good game at the base of all this.

Cons

• Mouse acceleration
  You'll feel like you're at the helm of a drunken rhinoceros until you disable vsync in-game and crank the mouse sensitivity. And then you'll just feel like a drunk human with sandbags tied to your body in quicksand.
• Controls in general
  I've never seen a worse set of controls for a PC game. Period. Googling consensus is that it's a rushed port from console and/or it just doesn't lend itself to a PC control system. Either way, it's damn near unplayable.

That really sucks man. Sounds almost like my "Lost Planet" experience. Clearly a console port to PC. During the in game "tutorial" it even brought up a watermark of a 360 controller. I almost fell out of my chair and said WTF IS THAT!!!!

Oh well, back to Modern Warfare II and Borderlands baby. Oh yea, and Left for Dead II.
